About Martyn Pritchard
Dr Martyn Pritchard is approaching retirement after a 35-year career in drug discovery research where he focused on neuroscience. He is the author of more than 50 scientific papers and book chapters. While helping to raise four children in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, he also founded a biotech company and most recently became a director of a consultancy partnership.
Martyn has published two novels with Troubador. His first, A Practical Arrangement, was written under the nom de plume Verity Trevethan; his second is A Painkiller to Die For. The Disappearance of Sarah Griffiths is Martyn’s third novel with two more novels scheduled to be published in 2027.
