10 Day Blog Tours

A blog tour is a virtual book tour, which takes in a number of blogs each day for the duration, and allows your book to have guaranteed space in many busy bloggers schedules, giving as many potential readers as possible the chance to know about your book.
​
I have two options for the 10 day blog tours outlined below.
​
The review only tour is great for the incredibly busy author who doesn't have time to write out guest posts and answer interview questions, but wants to try and get their book some interest from the bloggers and a wider audience.
10 Day Review with Promotional Posts Tour
£100
Min - 7 Bloggers
Max - 30 Bloggers
Typically in 2025 these tended to average around 13-20 bloggers.

Will include review and promotional posts, which bloggers can produce from the media kit that will be supplied.
Promotional posts will be your book and author info with purchase link, intended to highlight the book exists to the participants followers.
​
Publishers Only: Strictly review only versions of this are also possible for the same price.

What will I require?
​

Booking needs to be made minimum 2 months in advance, earlier if possible (and subject to availability)

Cover to ready and supplied at time of booking, no work will commence until I have a cover available
-
Copies of the book made available to reviewers as early as possible, no later than 3 weeks before.

To fill in an information form asking for various details from which I can then use to create the media kit and target relevant bloggers from

Author to also share the posts on social media
What I will do
-
Email to all bloggers that are interested in your genres asking for participation
-
Use social media to also advertise your blog tour to attract new participants
-
Bloggers offered a choice of review or promo post
-
A page on Rachel's Random Resources with the blog tour opening on it, updating the schedule regularly
-
Creation of the blog tour schedule
-
Distribute review copies
-
Create a media kit and distribute it to all participants
-
Banner to advertise the blog tour, and one with the finalised line up
-
Daily Instagram posts sharing review snippets from the reviewers
-
Supply a list of participants in advance to the author
-
​Optional Extra - Giveaway - author to supply the prize, I will set up the giveaway (via Gleam), distribute the details to the bloggers, draw the winner etc..

Payment

£100 payment in advance.

Payment is via PayPal only and you have 5 days in which to pay your invoice. Or bank transfer if you don't have PayPal.

Work won't start until I receive your payment and cover image

Cancellation & Refunds
​

If for any reason I can't reach the minimum number of bloggers interested in your promotion within five days of my first email to bloggers, a 90% refund will be given and the event will be cancelled.

The maximum is just that, and it can't be guaranteed. After a month of promoting your tour predominately on emails and my Facebook tour hosts group, if the tour isn't full, it will be running with the number of bloggers on it at that point. Tours will most likely have a number of participants between the min and max numbers.

Please let me know ASAP if cancellation is required. Partial refunds available depending how close to the start it is.

If the promotion dates need to be changed please email me in advance, at the earliest possibly convenience. Dependent on my availability, I will either offer a partial refund based on how much work has been done, or be happy to rearrange at dates that are mutually convenient.

The mixed content tour has benefits for the bloggers as not everyone has time to read and review every book they are interested in but they may be willing to offer you space on their blog in other ways. This is definitely a more time consuming tour to set up for everyone, however it gives everyone following it a greater flavour of your book and the person behind it.

10 Day Mixed Content Tour

Min - 7 Bloggers
Max - 30 Bloggers
Typically in 2025 these tended to average around 17-25 bloggers.
​
This tour offers a variety of different content options - Reviews, Q&As, Extracts, Guest Posts etc...
​
What will I require?
